Not allowed

• Hate or harassment, including slurs, threats, bullying or attacks on anyone's race, religion, gender, sexuality, disability or background.
• Nudity, sexual content or sexualised content involving anyone.
• Anything involving harm to children. We report this to the authorities.
• Violence, gore, self-harm or anything encouraging it.
• Illegal goods or activities, scams and spam.
• Pretending to be someone else, or sharing someone's private information without permission.
• Content you don't have the right to share.

How we keep it safe

• Words: offensive, hateful and adult words are blocked before anything is saved.
• Photos and videos: checked automatically before anyone else can see them. Anything that fails stays private and is removed. Videos can be up to 10 seconds.
• Reports: every post can be reported. It's hidden for you straight away and checked again. If three different people report it, it's hidden for everyone.
• Repeat problems: three removed posts within 30 days pause posting for a week. Serious breaches can close an account.

If something's wrong

Use Report on any post, or email thelikelistapp@gmail.com. If you think we got a decision wrong, email us and a person will review it. If someone is in danger, call 000. For serious online abuse you can also contact the eSafety Commissioner at esafety.gov.au.
