Terms of Use
Effective 29 October 2026.
These terms are an agreement between you and Likelist, Adelaide, South Australia. By using Likelist you agree to them, to our Privacy Policy and to our Community Guidelines.
Who can use Likelist
You must be at least 13. If you're under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian. One account per person, and keep your sign-in email secure.
Your content
You own what you add. You give us a limited licence to store, copy and show your content only so we can run Likelist for you and the people you share with, including making smaller copies of photos and checking them for safety. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies kept in backups for up to 30 days or records we must keep for safety or legal reasons.
Only add content you have the right to share, and only add details about other people that you're comfortable they'd expect you to keep. Don't add anyone's sensitive information (such as health details or identity documents).
Rules
Follow our Community Guidelines. We may remove content, pause posting or close accounts that break them, and we may report serious matters to the police or the eSafety Commissioner.
Suggestions, events, places and sponsored content
Liki's ideas, events, places and photos come partly from third parties. We do our best to keep them accurate but can't guarantee details like dates, prices or opening hours, so please check with the organiser or venue. Sponsored suggestions are always labelled. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; those sites have their own terms.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded. Subject to those rights, Likelist is provided "as is", and we're not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by things outside our reasonable control.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why unless it's unsafe or unlawful to do so.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is important, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Likelist after that means you accept the updated terms.
